We offer a ‘no surprises' approach to fees so you know exactly what you are paying for. Village fees consist of a weekly residential fee, a capped utilities fee (includes water, electricity and gas) and a security deposit (refundable on departure subject to you having paid all other amounts under your residential agreement).
