Fees consist of a weekly residential fee and a weekly capped utilities fee that includes water, electricty and gas.
Accommodation is payable by direct debit either fortnightly, half yearly or annually from a nominated account (a surcharge applies for all credit card payments).
Accommodation at the Village is in high demand so we recommend you apply as early as possible to secure yourself a room!
We have also introduced dual occupancy rooms in 86 of the new 5 bedroom apartments. This means that a limited number of residents will be able to enjoy our new, modern apartments for an incredibly affordable price! Apartments with a dual occupancy room will accommodate a maximum of six (6) residents. By applying to reside in a 5 bedroom apartment in the New Apartments you acknowledge and accept that the number of residents in your apartment may be six (6), with one of the rooms in the apartment being occupied on a dual occupancy basis.
